Description: The project involved refurbishment of part of the existing Mall ceilings at the Armada Arndale Shopping Centre. After demolition works had progressed, our scope included to form new bulkheads and ceilings and install new timber to the existing mall during night shift whilst the shopping centre was closed. The mall then had to be left clean enough so that normal trading could resume afterwards. The skylight timber ceilings proved to be challenging in that structural stell set-out was done incorrect which then required us to manufacture oversized panels and adjust factory made timber blades individually to suit site conditions.
