Overview: The third office building in City Centre Precinct in Adelaide's central business district. (Our second of the three). The 17-level, 36,500 square metre commercial development, which faces Franklin Street, will provide office space, associated car parking, ground level retail, and Australia Post operations, including mail distribution and post office boxes.
Description: The work we are carrying out consists of steel framed fire, acoustic rated walls, aluminium glazed windows and doors and hardware, timber doors and hardware, timber wall panelling.
